Welcome to Sam Movers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our moving services and your relationship with us. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide Residential and/or Commercial moving services including, but not limited to:

Disposal Services
Storage Solutions
Packing & Unpacking
Stretch Wrapping & Bubble Wrapping
Dismantle & Assemble

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.
Final charges are based on the actual services provided, time spent, and materials used.
Additional fees may apply for specialty items, stairs, long carries, or last-minute changes.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations made [insert number] hours before the move may be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within [insert number] hours or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Be present or have an authorized person on-site during the move.
Ensure safe and unobstructed access for the moving crew.
Notify us of any fragile, high-value, or specialty items in advance.

6. Liability

We are not liable for items packed by the customer unless damage is due to negligence on our part.
We are not liable for any lost or missing valuable items.
We are also not responsible for any scratches or damages.

*This policy applies specifically to the Budget Package.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, firearms, illegal substances, perishable food, or live animals.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We aim to meet scheduled timeframes but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve it promptly and professionally.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
